Shadow Work Session: Shadow Confessional Sessions

Shadow Confessional Sessions offer a private shadow work session for the parts of you that feel dark, taboo, or heavy to carry alone. Thoughts that make you uncomfortable when they surface which can make you turn on yourself. Feelings that keep returning even when you try to push them away but you can never escape them. Patterns that stay just beneath the surface which are waiting for you to notice them.

This is a place for what has been hidden and avoided, where we delve into the dark parts of your soul which are restless from being ignored. This is not about judgment or fixing but to take an honest look at what may be pulling the strings in your life. This is about meeting what is there with honesty and care so that you can begin to understand yourself more clearly.

Coming to accept yourself fully and integrating those shadows into the whole means that you can live your life fully and not in parts. Every part of you makes up the whole you, and if you try to ignore or shun some parts you will not be at peace. This work is about seeing yourself clearly and accepting who you truly are. You do not need to be at war with yourself.

What Shadow Confessional Sessions Are

Shadow Confessional Sessions are a form of private shadow work for people who want to explore hidden thoughts, recurring feelings, and deeper inner patterns in a confidential space. This work is approached consciously and with care, creating room for self-exploration without judgment.

Choose Your Shadow Work Session

Live 1:1 Call

A 60-minute private 1:1 shadow work session for those who want to speak openly and honestly about what bothers you. You bring what has been difficult to keep inside of yourself, and I listen closely, reflect what I notice, and name the patterns and undercurrents that may want attention.

Written Response

For those who prefer a quieter and more private exchange, you may send your thoughts in writing and receive a written shadow work response within 5 to 7 days. This allows for a more spacious reflection.

Both formats are confidential and shaped around shadow work that is approached consciously and with care.

What This Shadow Work Space Is For

This is for the parts of yourself that feel uncomfortable to share elsewhere. A shadow work session may explore:

  • Thoughts you have kept hidden.

  • Feelings that return even when you try to ignore them.

  • Shadow patterns repeating in relationships, work, or yourself.

  • Anger, resentment, or desire you do not quite know how to handle.

  • Parts of you that feel unspoken or under pressure to stay small.

I meet all of it without judgment but I acknowledge those parts which make up the whole of you. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you see that what you are running away and hiding from just wants to also be seen and known.

Who This Shadow Work Session Is For

This space is for empaths and sensitive people, introverts and extroverts who are carrying a lot more baggage than they let on. This is for those who are ready to look more closely at the hidden parts of themselves without feeling ashamed of themselves.

This is also for people who sense that their shadow holds wisdom, even if they are not yet sure how to interpret what they are seeing.

Clear Boundaries

This is not therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment. It is not a crisis service or a place for active harm, abuse, or illegal plans.

This work is for conscious exploration only. If it becomes clear that you need clinical, emergency, or legal support, I will say so clearly and point you toward more appropriate help.

Session Agreements

Before booking, please confirm:

  • I am not in crisis and do not need immediate emergency support.

  • I understand that this is not therapy or clinical care.

  • I am here for conscious exploration, not unconscious acting out.

  • I will remain respectful during and after the session.

  • I understand that everything shared is confidential unless safety is at risk.

After the Session

After the session, it can be helpful to:

  • Journal what came up.

  • Ground yourself through gentle movement, nature, or hydration.

  • Rest and give yourself time to integrate what surfaced.

  • Reach out to your support system if needed.

Shadow work can stir deep energy and it is important that you give yourself space to settle with this information and process it in a calm safe environment.
