Sometimes you can’t quite see what you’re holding, even when you’re looking right at it. Certain patterns, resistances, and quiet truths get smoothed over, minimised, or renamed until you stop noticing them at all. You may feel confused, stuck, or restless, without quite understanding why.
That’s what Reflective Mirror Sessions are for.
This is a space where I reflect back what I see in you and your patterns, your avoidances, and things that might be hidden. It’s about giving you a clear, honest mirror so you can see yourself more fully, move forward with more clarity, and have less internal fog.
How Reflective Mirror Sessions Work
We meet for a 60-minute call online. You share what you’re currently grappling with, whether that be a recurring dynamic, a confusing relationship, an emotional pattern, or just a general sense of being “off” without a clear reason. Then I listen, I’ll ask questions and reflect back what I notice. I will also gently name patterns or blind spots that might be hidden from your view.
Sometimes that means pointing at something uncomfortable. Sometimes it means naming something kind and under-valued in you. Either way, my intention is not to shock or flatten you, but to help you see yourself more clearly so you can choose your next step with more honesty and awareness.
After our session, you’ll also receive a short written reflection that mirrors what we explored.
Who This Is For
This is for empaths, intuitive people, and sensitive humans who feel like they’re almost seeing themselves, but not quite.

What I Do and What I Don’t Do
I am not a therapist, counsellor, or medical professional. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If what you’re sharing sounds like it needs clinical or emergency support, I will say so clearly and point you toward appropriate professional help.
What I do offer is reflective mirror work a space where your patterns, tendencies, resistances, and strengths are named with honesty, care, and clarity. I will not back away from the uncomfortable or push you toward something that doesn’t feel like you. My role is to see you clearly, reflect you back gently, and help you move closer to your own truth.
